Responsible AI strategy, governance, and communication.
GABA helps organisations adopt AI responsibly and with confidence.
We work with founders, teams, and professionals to turn AI ambition into governance, artefacts, and practical systems that both humans and machines can understand.
Most organisations are already using AI.
Very few know how to explain it, govern it, or stand behind it.
What we do
GABA helps organisations make practical, responsible use of AI.
Our work focuses on three areas:
Responsible AI advisory
We help teams think clearly about how AI is being used, where the risks are, and what good governance should look like in practice.
AI communication and positioning
We help organisations explain how AI fits into their work, products, and services, clearly, credibly, and without hype.
Structured artefacts and systems
We create pages, documents, and frameworks that make AI use easier to communicate, govern, and stand behind.
Who we work with
GABA tends to work with people and organisations trying to use AI thoughtfully, not just quickly.
We often collaborate with:
Founder-led teams exploring how AI should fit into their products, services, or internal workflows
Professionals in regulated or high-trust fields who want to use AI responsibly and explain it clearly
Studios and organisations rethinking how they present themselves in a machine-read world
People building something new who need clarity before scale
If you're already experimenting with AI but aren't yet sure how to govern it, explain it, or stand behind it, we can help.
How we work
Most engagements with GABA begin with a conversation about how AI is already appearing inside your organisation.
From there, the work usually unfolds in three stages.
1. Clarify the landscape
We review how AI tools are currently being used, where the opportunities are, where the risks may lie, and what good governance might look like in practice.
2. Shape the response
Together we develop clearer language, structures, and decision frameworks for how AI fits into your organisation.
3. Create practical artefacts
Where needed, we design the pages, documents, and systems that help you communicate and stand behind your use of AI.
Some engagements remain advisory.
Others become structured artefacts released through the studio.
All of it begins with the same goal: helping organisations use AI with clarity and responsibility.
Studio Artefacts
Alongside advisory work, GABA develops a small number of structured engagements designed for the age of AI.
We call these studio artefacts.
Each artefact focuses on a specific challenge organisations now face as AI becomes part of everyday work, from governance and communication to how organisations are understood by AI systems.
Our first studio artefact is Agent Page a guided process that helps organisations define how they should be interpreted by AI tools acting on their behalf.
From the studio
Alongside client work, GABA publishes ongoing reflections on AI, technology, and modern responsibility.
These essays and conversations explore the cultural and practical questions emerging as AI becomes part of everyday work.
Start a conversation
Many organisations are already experimenting with AI, but are unsure how to structure, govern, or explain its role in their work.
You might be:
• exploring how AI should fit into your organisation
• already using AI tools but unsure how to govern or communicate them
• looking for clearer structures around how AI supports your work
GABA can help bring clarity, language, and structure to these questions.
